Payroll Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing payroll for 1,000+ team members, as well as fostering collaboration across functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sr. Payroll Accountant in processing and supporting the Payroll and Time Tracking systems.
• Responsible for payroll preparation/processing, tax reporting, and payroll systems maintenance.
• Process bi-weekly US payroll and weekly international consultant workforce pay.
• Produce and distribute payroll and overtime reporting as needed by cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for payroll process improvements.
• Audit, preview, and post payroll reports for accuracy.
• Assist with adding and closing tax jurisdictions.
• Assist with year-end payroll processing duties to ensure accurate and timely W2's.
• Maintain supporting documentation of all payrolls.
• Help enforce and refine payroll standards, policies, practices, and procedures.
