Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Naples. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain adherence to sanitation and health regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food to meet service demands.
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor food quality, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients as needed.
  • Anticipate and communicate assistance needs during busy periods, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Direct and assist Stewards to maximize clean-up efficiency and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the culinary team in the absence of the Chef and Sous Chef.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 6 years of related work experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
