Job Title: Part Time Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Cashier to join our team at Reef Technology Inc.

About the Role:

The Part Time Cashier will be responsible for ensuring proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Issue and collect visitor parking tickets, matching them to the correct parking rate schedule.
  • Collect proper payment from visitors and distribute correct change.
  • Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
  • Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashiers booth.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
