About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships with our customers and providing them with personalized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing appropriate financial solutions to help customers succeed financially
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
• Develop an understanding of financial products and services to connect with customers' needs
• Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
• Provide appropriate options for financial products and services to customers
• Refer customers' financial needs to other financial professionals and partners as needed
Requirements:
• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach
• Ability to educate and connect customers to financial technology and share the value of digital banking options
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to identify potential financial risks and take appropriate action to prevent loss
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
Job Expectations:
• Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
• Maintains cash handling and balancing and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed
• This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
• Individuals in financial services positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies.
• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
