About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our Employee Health and Benefits team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing consultative selling to mid-market companies, focusing on the growth and development of a profitable book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and sell Employee Health and Benefits services to mid-market companies
  • Assess and recommend appropriate Employee Health and Benefits solutions
  • Retain and satisfy existing clientele, and produce new client sales

Requirements:

  • Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B selling
  • Ability to ask the right questions to foster credibility and align our offerings with clients
  • Experience in the midmarket (companies with 50-1000 employees)
  • Ability to partner with various stakeholders, including C-Suite business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
  • Life and Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Prior industry experience strongly desirable
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus
