We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Atrium Health. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides critical care services to patients and coordinates care delivery with other healthcare professionals. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing strategies to promote health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer's health or situation
  • Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues
  • Develops individualized care plans that prescribe strategies to attain expected outcomes
  • Coordinates care delivery and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work culture.

Benefits

Atrium Health offers a competitive salary range of $93,500 - $114,800 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a rewarding career, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements

This position requires a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where you work and reside. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader.
