RN - Heart Health Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Heart Health Specialist. This role will involve providing in-home private nursing care to families of babies born with congenital heart disease.
As a Heart Health Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
