About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our Employee Health and Benefits team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for performing consultative selling to mid-market companies, focusing on the growth and development of a profitable book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and recommend appropriate Employee Health and Benefit services and solutions to clients.
  • Retain and satisfy existing clientele, and produce new client business.
  • Partner with various stakeholders, including C-Suite business partners, to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • Proven success in prospecting and outside B2B selling.
  • Ability to ask the right questions to foster credibility and align our offerings with clients.
  • Experience in the mid-market, with companies having 50-1000 employees.
  • Assertive yet consultative approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Life and Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Prior industry experience strongly desirable.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce a plus.
