Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. As an LPN with BAYADA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from those requiring basic care to those with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with care plans.

Requirements
  • Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
  • CPR certification in good standing.
