Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical care to residents in our neighborhood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caring for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record, and notifying the provider and/or RN as necessary.
- Developing relationships with residents and their families, using a consistent caregiver approach to support their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
- Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
