Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN/LVN, you will provide clinical care to residents in our neighborhood, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents and their families, providing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical support.
  • Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record and notifying providers as needed.
  • Update and modify care plans to reflect changes in resident care and service needs.
  • Supervise and lead care associates, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Administer medications accurately and timely, following orders and protocols.
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, contributing to continuous quality improvement.
  • Respond to resident, family, or responsible party inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in clinical indicator reviews, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
  • A passion for caring for seniors and advocating for their needs.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
