Job Title: Registered Nurse, Home Health Full Time

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living and healthcare services. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.

About the Role:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and wellbeing of our residents. This will involve collaborating with healthcare providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach
  • Providing physical and psychosocial support to residents and families
  • Performing all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
  • Monitoring resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Working alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed

Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
  • CPR certification required
