We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Assurance Manager to provide corporate quality support to our DSD region for Cold Beverage Manufacturing locations. As a key member of our quality team, you will work closely with site leaders and quality teams to develop and implement strategies, systems, and programs to achieve US Refreshment BU and DSD Regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Systems and Compliance: Ensure the DSD region is compliant with all FDA, EPA, and OSHA regulations and GFSI requirements. Develop and implement quality systems and programs to drive site improvement in quality and regulatory compliance.
- Quality Assurance and Food Safety: Support the development, execution, and improvement of all quality assurance and food safety systems, programs, policies, and procedures. Ensure the DSD region is able to prepare, review, and submit compliance reports to local, state, and federal environmental regulatory agencies and to key customers.
- Training and Development: Develop quality skills and competencies of MFG quality teams to ensure a strong talent pipeline and close skill/knowledge gaps.
- Incident Management: Support site incident management with regards to food safety and regulatory compliance, including FDA recalls, regulatory agency audits/visits, etc.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical resource on all quality matters, including consumer/supplier complaints, KPI performance, QA/QC methods/measurements, KDP Manufacturing Requirements, SPC/Cpk, Continuous Improvement, etc.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Regional Quality Managers, Corporate QEHS functions, Procurement, R&D, Operations, Engineering, and other functions as needed to support DSD sites.
