Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

At U.S. Bank, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and excellence in everything we do. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software releases and driving continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the quality of software releases, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Drive multiple initiatives in a matrix organization structure, representing quality as the owner for all ongoing programs.
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement strategies, driving continuous process improvement and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure seamless quality delivery.
  • Provide visibility to leadership on quality issues, trends, and losses, serving as the primary quality assurance resource for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience with quality assurance processes, tools, techniques, and practices.
  • Experience with AWS products and related testing methodologies.
  • Requirements analysis, application delivery process, IT standards, procedures, policy, application testing, system testing, software quality assurance, IT systems management, and IT quality assurance.
