Sales Development Representative

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Proactively manage the Order Acquisition Process to ensure customer satisfaction and pursue additional sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to develop and document customer opportunities, and follow up in a consistent and disciplined manner
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, and travel to owned accounts to identify and obtain additional business opportunities
- Execute the Quote Follow Up Process with discipline and responsiveness to learn what it takes to earn the business
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Application Engineering, Technical Sales, or Engineering in a manufacturing environment
- College degree with a technical background preferred
- Experience in the Electrical, Electronic, or Mil/Aero Industries, and/or with Plastics and Custom Fabrication preferred
