Position Overview:

As a key member of our Direct Marketing team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience for homeowners seeking to upgrade their living spaces.

Renewal by Andersen, a leading name in the window replacement industry, is dedicated to transforming homes and communities.


Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base pay of $17 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $24/hr through commission-based incentives.

Your work schedule will typically be from Tuesday to Saturday, with hours ranging from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, subject to seasonal adjustments.


Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate high-quality leads.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and market data using our mapping and business applications.
• Exhibit professionalism and motivation while adhering to required uniform standards and local regulations.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions and meetings, demonstrating the ability to walk long distances in various weather conditions.
• Collaborate with the Canvassing Program Manager to share insights for improving the effectiveness of our canvassing strategies.
• Master the methodologies and product offerings of Renewal by Andersen to become a Signature Service expert.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to align with team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to work.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to walk 3 to 5 miles daily while remaining within a designated area.
