About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing operational and functional inspections, repairs, and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including hydraulic systems and aerial platforms
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in diesel-related maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Customer-focused and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
