Fleet Mechanic Opportunity

Serco North America is seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team in Hazleton, PA. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing operational and functional inspections, repairs, and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational and functional inspections, repairs, and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Operate automotive, construction, and material handling equipment, hydraulic systems, aerial platform inspection, and repair.
  • Work under general supervision and be a self-starter.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of diesel-related experience.
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Customer-focused, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
  • Be a safety-oriented individual.
  • CDL B license is required but can be obtained after employment begins, and training and reimbursement for it will be provided.
  • Candidates must provide truck technician hand tools.
