About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PM Mechanic to join our team at Niagara Bottling, LLC. As a PM Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on facility machinery, including lubrication, diagnosis, and operation of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
  • Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment as required.
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely.
  • Complete required daily paperwork, document parts and material usage.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • May perform as a backup to production line workers.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in a position similar to this role.
  • Basic knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Mechanical System (CMMS), including experience with HMI's, work orders, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • 4 years of experience working in a position similar to this role.
  • 2 years of experience managing people or projects.

Education

Minimum Required: High School Diploma.

Preferred: Associate's Degree in Vocational Training in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or Technical School Certification in a related field.
