  • Oversee the daily functions of the IT department, encompassing infrastructure, networks, servers, and software applications.

  • Lead a team of IT specialists, offering mentorship, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess technology requirements and devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Oversee the IT budget, making strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation.

Compensation: Salary range of $130,000 - $175,000 annually.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management.
  • Experience in the automotive IT sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Meraki Network Environment, Fortigate Firewalls, VeloCloud SD-WAN, Cisco Call Manager/Unity, Google Workspace Administration, and Active Directory is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in Project Management, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure for new constructions is a plus.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
