POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee an affordable housing community. This is a Full-Time position with Hourly compensation and eligibility for Full Benefits.

Compensation Range: $19 - $21/ Hour

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing management
  • At least 1-2 years of property management experience
  • Preferred experience in lease-up processes
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Passion for assisting others
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Yardi and/or MRI software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance required
