Execute all sales and POS terminal operations in compliance with company policy, maintaining stringent control over all financial transactions and sales records.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our clientele by being knowledgeable and adhering to company service standards.
    Exhibit a positive demeanor, readiness to assist, and comprehensive product knowledge.
    Engage in sales and provide assistance.
    Promote the company’s rewards program and other business initiatives.
  • Stay informed about all ongoing sales promotions.
  • Ensure effective merchandise presentation.
    Guarantee that stock is well-organized and displayed appropriately.
    Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout all areas of the store.
  • Acquire and sustain essential product knowledge and fitting expertise.
  • Be vigilant regarding Loss Prevention issues involving customers and staff.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts, assist with the shipping and receiving of merchandise, and help with product placement on the sales floor as necessary.
  • When handling cashier duties, ensure all sales are processed in accordance with existing policies and procedures. Verify that all footwear is checked for matching pairs.
  • Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in line with company policy.

Key Relationships

Customers, Sales Representatives, Store Management, and District/Regional Managers.

Essential Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with external contacts (primarily customers) and all levels of staff.
Basic communication (both verbal and non-verbal), organizational, and numerical skills.
Experience in retail sales, ideally in specialty retail or footwear.
Fundamental understanding of company policies and procedures.
Basic visual merchandising skills and comprehension of Store Presentation Standards.
