Job Title: Production Scheduler

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Scheduler to join our team at Leafstone. As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating, tracking, and maintaining schedules to provide visibility to defined departments and drive short-term execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain schedules to ensure optimal production sequencing and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic and up-to-date.
  • Drive optimization of schedules to meet demand priorities and production goals.
  • Ensure timely incorporation of feedback regarding changes to existing plans.
  • Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning systems.
  • Generate relevant KPIs and operational measures to support identification of trends and root causes of sub-optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing in a GMP setting.
  • Ability to understand and execute significant projects with minimal guidance.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Proactive and action-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-workload environment with multiple projects.
