Quality Assurance Specialist

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, with a focus on shipboard quality inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on shipboard quality inspections.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- NACE/NBPI certification.
- OSHA 3095 certification.
- Experience with quality control software and systems.
