Transit Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Transit Vehicle Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our transit vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on transit vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with transit vehicles and related equipment.
- Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with Transdev standards.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in heavy-duty transit equipment maintenance.
- Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
- ASE certification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- $25-$30/hourly rate depending on experience.
- Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus.
