Job Title: Transit Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Transit Vehicle Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our transit vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on transit vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with transit vehicles and related equipment.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections to ensure compliance with Transdev standards.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in heavy-duty transit equipment maintenance.
  • Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
  • ASE certification preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
  • $25-$30/hourly rate depending on experience.
  • Up to $4,000 sign-on bonus.
