Transit Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Transit Vehicle Technician to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our transit vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on transit vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with transit vehicles and related equipment.
- Conduct daily safety inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; ASE certification preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in heavy-duty transit equipment maintenance.
- Commercial driving license with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00 to $30.00/hour depending on experience.
- Sign-on bonus up to $4,000.
