Position Overview

The Laundry Service Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the laundry facilities. This role involves physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, bending, and kneeling to maintain 'guest-ready' environments. Although this position may not be directly visible to guests, the quality of their experience is significantly influenced by the meticulous preparation of their accommodations.


Work Schedule

Flexible hours available, including weekdays starting at 7 a.m. and weekends at 8 a.m. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are offered.


Compensation

Competitive pay ranging from $14.50 to $16.50, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Laundry Service Specialist plays a vital role in the maintenance team, actively identifying items needing repair and collaborating with the Front Desk team to ensure exceptional guest service. This includes communicating room statuses and accommodating special requests for cleaning or additional amenities.
