About the Job

This is a contract long-term position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and proficiency in ServiceNow Tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharma Lab Benchtop Support - End user computing (EUC) - System administrator for Lab computers and equipment
  • Must have experience in Transition of service from another supplier.
  • Desktop support, Operating Systems support, Customer Service

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in Microsoft OS and related technologies, as well as your knowledge of Linux and SCCM Patching.

Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Strong knowledge on network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge & Experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
  • Experience in Windows 10 deployment.
  • Participating or leading an OS migration.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong customer-service orientation.

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
