Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to provide technical support to our clients via email, phone, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients through multiple channels.
  • Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources.
  • Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with various websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails.
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate various websites and software programs.
