This is a seasonal/temporary position at Greenshades Software, a leading provider of innovative software solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to provide technical support to our clients via email, phone, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients through multiple channels.
- Schedule and conduct client walkthroughs or training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using our software and website resources.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues related to our software and website resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with various websites and software programs to provide comprehensive support.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails.
- Excellent communication skills on the phone, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate various websites and software programs.
