Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist at HD Supply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services, and that any issues or concerns are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer complaints and issues related to product installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized skills training or certification a plus
2-5 years of experience in a related field
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Work Environment
Located in a comfortable indoor area
Most of the time spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about
Overnight travel less than 10% of the time
