Position Overview


We are in search of a Home Care Relationship Manager who thrives on cultivating connections and promoting services within the healthcare sector.

This role will report to the Area Director of Sales or the VP of Regional Operations and will focus on nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and case managers to drive referrals for Personal Home Care services.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting Personal Care services in the field by educating referral partners about personal home care and identifying their business needs to enhance client referrals.
  • Organizing educational events with referral partners to build rapport with key decision-makers in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices.
  • Conducting consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and present tailored solutions to facilitate new client admissions.
  • Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales teams.
  • Assisting the branch with the timely processing of client billing by gathering necessary client documentation and submitting it to the branch.


Compensation may vary within the provided salary range based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, and departmental equity.

Gentiva offers associates a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, with base pay being just one component.


Salary Range: $60,000/YR to $90,000/YR plus commission.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing, ideally within home health, hospice, or a related field, is preferred.

Experience in roles such as Healthcare Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Client Relationship Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Hospice Liaison, Home Health Specialist, Clinical Liaison, Hospice Care Consultant, Home Health Sales Representative, Hospice Sales Account Executive, Private Duty Home Care Marketer, or Regional Sales Executive is advantageous.
