Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Facilitate career development pathways between various transportation units.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with local emergency service agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership to evaluate staffing requirements and create effective staffing strategies.
  • Partner with organizations to develop seamless recruitment pathways.
  • Engage with educational institutions and community organizations to enhance applicant attraction.
  • Promote open positions through various marketing and social media channels.
  • Exhibit strong motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while adhering to company policies.
  • Travel frequently to attend job fairs and industry-related events.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and knowledge of employment law preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly EMS.
  • Current EMT or Paramedic experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in social media and marketing is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain a driving record compliant with AMR's safety policies.
