Internal Sales and Account Manager

Integrity 1st group is looking for an experienced Internal Sales and Account Manager to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments for team agents, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and appointments in our CRM.
Key Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including flexible hours and remote work options.
