The Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and leaders who embody the Tommy Hilfiger brand image.
  • Leadership: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team members to ensure they meet their performance goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and take action to resolve issues that impact store performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience with a focus on sales growth, operations management, and team development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
