About the Role:
The role of the Training Coordinator involves acting as a liaison within the Individualized Therapies Learning Solutions, focusing on client engagement and subject matter expertise. This position encompasses the administration and coordination of Learning Management Systems (LMS). The responsibilities can be categorized into three primary areas: Client/Relationship Management, Project/Program Management, and LMS Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Client/Relationship Management
  • Collaborate effectively with clients to identify their training needs and align performance improvements with their business objectives.
  • Establish regular communication with department leaders to discuss training initiatives and needs.
  • Conduct thorough training diagnostics and needs assessments to support compliance and organizational development.
  • Design and implement training strategies that meet both business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Facilitate discussions with Subject Matter Experts and Project Sponsors.
Project/Program Management
  • Oversee the curriculum development process from assessment to evaluation.
  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and track their impact.
  • Work collaboratively with other Learning Experts and Instructional Designers to share resources and best practices.
  • Engage in departmental and network projects as required.
LMS Administration
  • Perform essential data entry tasks within the LMS/Cornerstone system.
  • Ensure compliance with Cornerstone through collaboration with network teams.
  • Support the management of curriculum and qualifications.
  • Generate reports for clients as necessary.
  • Provide support for audits as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Preferred BA/BS degree.
  • At least three years of experience in a training or learning and development capacity.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
  • Capability to conduct needs assessments and propose efficient training solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer service and business partnership roles.
