About the Role:

We are looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator to support our team at AEG. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of office operations.

This role will involve providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, managing databases and spreadsheets, preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes, and coordinating logistics for events.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
