We are a dynamic, 24/7 National Emergency Water Damage Restoration Service seeking a dedicated individual to fill a part-time role of approximately 25 hours per week.
Available Shifts:
- Monday through Thursday: 3 PM - 8 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Monday through Friday: 9 AM - 2 PM
Occasional overnight weekday or weekend on-call shifts may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and efficiently dispatching jobs across the United States.
- Managing Accounts Receivables and performing data entry tasks.
- Utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks for various administrative functions.
- Following up with customers and contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Ideal candidates will possess strong telephone communication skills, prior customer service experience, and familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel.
Requirements:
- Personal cellphone and laptop are necessary for this role.
- Training will be provided in-house.
- This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
