Pediatric Emergency Medicine Medical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a board-certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician to lead our Pediatric Emergency Department team as the Medical Director at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, a member of Catholic Health Services of Long Island.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite management of the clinical and administrative aspects of our Pediatric Emergency Department.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Emergency Medicine to plan, manage, and implement strategies that enhance quality and efficiency, patient experience, physician engagement, mentor faculty, and trainees.
- Oversee operations, work collaboratively with other departments to ensure delivery of patient-centered, coordinated care, and ensure optimum use of resources to achieve superior outcomes in alignment with the institutional mission of improving the health of the community.
