About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Director to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Motivate and guide your team to achieve exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of retail professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with fresh products and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
  • Expense Control: Monitor and control store expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing strategies to reduce waste.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the store is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and that risk is managed effectively.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving profitability.
  • Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
