About the Role

Aon is seeking a seasoned Account Executive III to lead our Healthcare Practice in St. Louis, Missouri. As a key member of our Private Equity team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client service teams to identify and meet client needs, retaining and growing a profitable book of business.
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies, coordinating with brokers and Aon Client Services (ACS) as needed.
  • Ensure client service team understanding of client needs, service delivery methods, and economic frameworks.
  • Manage projects and industry-related resources to achieve client objectives.
  • Ensure overall account profitability with a value-based approach.
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of P&C insurance experience, coupled with project and account team management experience.
  • Excellent sales skills and validated understanding of the P&C insurance business.
  • Proficiency in PC Microsoft office products and ability to become proficient in Aon-specific software tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
