Job Title: Account Executive

At Advantage Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the agency liaison with clients to ensure their needs and objectives are achieved through the execution of strategically grounded marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing programs that meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on program performance and results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and growth.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in shopper marketing or retail marketing programs.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with P&L responsibility (budgeting, forecasting, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
