Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor direct service staff and volunteers.

- Facilitate supervised family visits and monitored exchanges.
- Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations.
- Collaborate with clients and the Court to resolve issues.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reports submitted to the Court.
- Oversee training for new staff and maintain client records.
- Participate in supervision and staff development meetings.
- Provide on-call support as needed, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation: The salary for this position is competitive, with an hourly rate of $68.87. Placement within the salary range will depend on various factors including experience and internal equity.
