Job Summary

We are seeking a highly trained and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our team. As an Associate Marriage Therapist, you will work closely with clients to empower them to secure lasting solutions to various relationship and behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise sound clinical and professional judgment in all interactions with clients.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions, both in-person and through electronic communication.
  • Contribute to a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Schedule and conduct 45-60 minute sessions with individuals, couples, and families to improve mental health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and community resources.
  • Complete intake assessments, progress notes, and other documentation as required.
  • Attend staff meetings and supervision sessions to stay informed and provide support to colleagues.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including timely completion of tasks and documentation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Professional Counseling or related field and licensure in the state of California.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use electronic medical records and other departmental systems.
  • Clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, and families with mental health issues.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in a clinical setting.
  • Current malpractice insurance coverage and ability to maintain licensure requirements.
