Make a Positive Impact on Young Lives

Devereux is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at our Residential Treatment Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with youth to promote positive behaviors and provide emotional support
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals on campus
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to thrive

Requirements:
  • 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or relevant field preferred
  • 6 weeks of behavioral health work experience required
  • Ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends
