About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of children and adolescents in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to youth in our residential treatment center, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of therapeutic programs and activities, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • At least six weeks of behavioral health work experience.
