Customer Experience Representative Position
This role is available through our partner company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services via phone or email.
- Maintain and update customer accounts.
- Process customer requests efficiently.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Deliver exceptional guest service experiences for clients throughout their engagement.
- Ensure clients receive appropriate communication and information upon their arrival.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma (mandatory).
Skills Required:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to evaluate situations effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong listening skills.
- Effective time management capabilities.
- Demonstrates empathy in all interactions.
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications (Office 365, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong customer service orientation with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts on various days with open availability.
