We are seeking a Client Advocate for an onsite position. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which involves a comprehensive background check and U.S. citizenship.
  • Address the business needs of both internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the intermediary between clients and the Information Systems (IS) organization, guiding business strategies for systems and programming initiatives.
  • Oversee all IS-related expenses billed to clients to guarantee precision and cost efficiency, while facilitating communication regarding these costs.
  • Assist clients in resolving any production challenges that may arise.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which involves a comprehensive background check and U.S. citizenship.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, focusing on client relationship management, IS marketing, and proficiency in process and product enhancement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience, or 2 years of relevant experience plus an associate degree in any field.

Location: This is primarily an onsite role. The position may allow for up to 50% remote work.

The compensation for this role ranges from $40 to $45 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
