Job Description:
Allied Universal is seeking an Employee Onboarding Coordinator for a Security Services role.

The Onboarding Coordinator will serve as the primary facilitator for the New Employee Orientation (NEO), which is the initial introduction for new hires at Allied Universal.

This position is designed to establish the foundation for the security professional experience and represents the first step in the Security Professional Onboarding and Development program.

Starting pay rate is $21.59 per hour.

This position is not remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Prepare for daily New Employee Orientation (NEO); ensure the training room is equipped with necessary materials (welcome packets, drug test kits, Chromebooks, headphones, pay cards, etc.) for successful orientation completion.

Facilitate NEO; review welcome kits, verify Form I-9 documents, and administer drug tests.

Initiate onboarding documentation through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., iCIMS).

Complete the employer section of Form I-9 documents.

Update iCIMS to ensure all required iForms are completed.

Advance new hires in WinTeam (WT).

Update necessary fields in WT.

Enter compliance codes and direct deposit information.

Ensure new hires complete orientation (3 lessons and a final exam).

Process rehires in WT; update employee records in WT.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a professional administrative setting.

Able to concentrate and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Strong management skills; able to coordinate with diverse employees and motivate them to perform optimally.

Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and adept at utilizing available office management technology.

Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple competing tasks, and effectively manage deadlines.

PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

Experience in human resources and/or recruiting.

Familiarity with iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems.

Experience with WinTeam or other Human Resources Information Systems.

Experience with DOMO or other business intelligence tools.

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
