Clinical Psychologist Lead

FCS, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team in Los Angeles County. As a key member of our mental health program, you will provide administrative oversight and guidance to our clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative leadership and support to clinical staff
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement clinical programs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of outreach programs for at-risk populations
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology
- Experience in clinical leadership and administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
